AI Receptionist for Dentists
In 2025, I had the opportunity to design a web-based SaaS platform for dental clinics in Canada that leverages AI to handle patient calls, bookings, and follow-ups.
My role was to translate this vision into a scalable UI/UX design system, high-fidelity mockups, and a fully interactive prototype in Figma.
Key Modules Designed –
- AI Receptionist Call Insights – A central dashboard that transcribes, summarizes, and analyzes patient calls using AI.
- Communication Hub – Unified inbox combining SMS, calls, and patient messages.
- CRM (Lead Pipeline) – Pipedrive-inspired CRM to manage leads and patient inquiries.
- Schedule Management – Calendar for dentists to manage appointments, block time, and handle leave schedules.
- Ask Genie – A conversational module where dentists can chat with an AI assistant to discover why patients drop off and get actionable suggestions to improve retention and care experience.
Created AI-Powered Dental Assessments for Dental.com
Utilizing my UI/UX design expertise, user research, and Figma prototyping, I created a seamless digital experience that enables users to access personalized dental insights effortlessly.

Args.ai – AI-Powered Document Processing
As the product designer for Args.ai, I designed an intuitive and user-friendly experience for our Intelligent Document Processing platform.
This year, I also developed an AI chat portal that lets users choose from various AI models for personalized assistance. The chat portal is integrated seamlessly, empowering users to navigate document processing tasks and access real-time support efficiently.
The focus was on enhancing usability, ensuring seamless interaction with different AI models, streamlining user experience, and boosting productivity.
