Design Process

Personas: Based on the research, we created three primary personas:

  1. John, 35: A busy professional with mild hypertension, looking for short, effective workouts.
  2. Sarah, 28: A fitness enthusiast wanting to track and improve her performance.
  3. Emily, 50: Recovering from a knee injury, needing low-impact exercises.

User Journey Mapping: Mapped out the user journey for each persona to identify touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for enhancing the user experience.

Wireframes and Prototypes:

  • Low-Fidelity Wireframes: Sketched initial layouts to explore different design possibilities.
  • High-Fidelity Prototypes: Created detailed prototypes using Figma, incorporating feedback from usability tests.

Usability Testing: Conducted several rounds of testing with diverse user groups to refine the interface and ensure usability.
