Every so-called Designer should read it once

Being a designer in the industry for many years, you learn a thing or two along the way.

Here are eight things I've learned in the industry:

1. Always be objective.
2. Learn to think strategically and critically.
3. People love beautiful things.
4. Ask as many questions as you can.
5. Titles mean nothing.
6. Learn skills outside of design.
7. A process is robust.
8. Get help when you need it.
